Please speak with your primary care physician prior to consuming Dandelion Tea Bags. Dandelion tea is generally considered to be safe for most of the population, but it may interact with certain prescription medications and blood thinners. There is a higher risk of allergic reaction from this form of herbal tea, so individuals with severe allergies should probably avoid consuming dandelion tea.
DANDELION TEA BAGS
There are several brands and types of Dandelion Tea Bags on the market. This post contains a few of my favorite choices. This is my independent and unbiased recommendation, and I make it a priority to maintain trust. If you ever have any questions about my recommendations, please contact me.
Dandelion Tea Bags Benefits
Dandelion Tea Bags have the same health benefits as loose/raw dandelion tea. Dandelion tea is primarily consumed for improved digestion, liver function, and kidney function. It also has many other benefits that you can read about on my post titled, Health Benefits of Dandelion Tea. The Dandelion Tea Bags are much quicker and easier to use compared to the loose tea.
Organic Roasted Dandelion Root Tea Bags
Dandelion Root Tea is one of the two primary types of dandelion tea. It is also known as dandelion coffee due to its taste, appearance, and use as an alternative to standard tea. Dandelion root tea is healthier than coffee and is caffeine-free. The roasted roots are much bolder and have a full flavor profile. This is currently my favorite brand of dandelion root tea bags, Matcha DNA. It can be used to make hot or iced tea, depending on your preference. This is a large box of 120 bags, so it will last a long time.
Dandelion Leaf Tea Bags
Dandelion leaf tea is the other form of dandelion tea. It is less bold than the dandelion roots listed above, but it still has many of the same health benefits. This form of the tea is not as popular, because many people prefer the taste of the roasted dandelion root tea. These tea bags are definitely still worth trying.
